DataView Features
The Enhanced Position Locating Reporting System (EPLRS) Software maintenance requires utilization of software support tools. DataView is a software tool developed by Sierra Cybernetics that replaces the Data Analysis Reduction Program (DARP). DataView has the capability to significantly reduce the time to perform testing and to increase productivity in the analysis of EPLRS trouble reports. DataView allows users of the NCS to reduce the LOG data and the X.25 data using a Personal Computer (PC) instead of using a VAX 780 or MicroVax II.
