PARTNERSHIP - Sierra offers the leading Imaging software for our clients. We offer all the Optika products, all the AnyDocs products, all the Kofax products, and all the Legato products. In addition, we offer partnerships with outstanding hardware and software maintenance companies for other document imaging support. Sierra is normally the first call any of our clients make, so there is always one contact for any of your imaging needs, whether it be new installations, upgrades, or maintenance.

METHODOLOGY - Sierra embraces a methodology that gathers input from multiple sources to create a Statement of Work (SOW), which creates a project roadmap for success. Each project is managed using it's own web site enabling all interested parties to stay informed of a project's progress and needs. Our workflow design team is comprised of individuals with an extensive software engineering background, which is a huge plus for any clients that may have difficult integration issues associated with their imaging or workflow projects. Sierra specializes in providing turn-key solutions to complex requirements, involving development of custom integration software, database upgrades, or development of unique software to support specialized system functionality. The benefit to the imaging client is Sierra's ability to provide the total system solution regardless of complexity, without having to rely on subcontractor or third party support.

INTEGRATION - We design our solutions to not only meet current demands, but to be positioned for future requirements such as implementing an ERP system. Sierra can create tight integrations with most client software since we have a software development staff that can be used to integrate with JD Edwards Ò, PeopleSoftÒ, Oracle Financials or SAPÒ. Sierra can create simpler integration via data exchanges with any of these same systems or other host based systems. The flexibility of our solutions means that our clients are not boxed into a single solution matrix and that we can deliver a solution with maximum effectiveness within budget realities.
