Senior Systems Analyst

Analyze operational and performance requirements and study the requirements of the end users to propose solutions to increase efficiency. Lead in developing complex software projects using various technologies, designing framework for projects and developments, writing test and use cases, as well as testing applications. Perform development, testing, implementation, documentation and updating as it relates to the SalesForce.com software and system administration, focusing on Service cloud. Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts and templates, and campaigns. Develop and maintain Visualforce, AppExchanges, Force.com pages and integration to other third party solutions.

Requires: Masters degree in Information Technologies + 3 years of experience or a Bachelors degree + 5 years that have includes Cloud platform, knowledge of software such as C, C#, C++, Ingres, Teradata, Oracle, Visual Studio 2008/2010, SQL, RDBMS, UNIX, VB.NET, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, VBScript and XML. Certification in SalesForce and Microsoft technologies required.
